Fr Tony, in his address, has this to say about Frank:
"In looking back in thanksgiving and appreciation to what has been achieved in the past, I have great pleasure in identifying and honouring someone who has contributed so much in the cause of Mission in this country..........
Fr Frank, Mgr. John Dale, the National Director of the APF-MHM partnership has awarded you the Gold Medal recognising and honouring a life-time achievement for your work with APF.
He told me recently that all those who know you up and down the country have nothing but the best to say about you. Frank, you are the best, a real Mill Hill man.
I am privileged to now present you with this Gold Medal and to this award we all add our deep appreciation, respect and admiration."
