Regionals in Maidenhead
The Regional Representatives gather in Maidenhead for a two day meeting with the General Council in February.
MHM Heritage Centre
The newly completed Heritage Centre which houses the archives of the Society was handed over on 23 February 2009.
Asian Cluster Meeting
Representatives from the various countries in Asia where Mill Hill Missionaries are working gather in Iloilo to discuss the formation of an Asian Region.
Mill Hill Missionaries caught in heavy fighting in Malakal
Fighting broke out again in Malakal where our missionaries have been working since 1938
Six temporary members joined the ranks of full membership at a ceremony at the Formation Centre in Nairobi on 21st March 2009.
GSR Assembly 2009
Members in the German Speaking Region gathered for a two day Assembly on 20th April.
Thirteen students in the various Centres of Formation of the Mill Hill Missionaries took their Temporary Oaths to the Society this year. Seventeen Temporary members renewed their Oaths.
British Regional Assembly 2009
Members in the British Region gathered for their annual Assembly on 4th May.
Jubilee Celebrations in the British Region
19th June was a day of celebration for the British jubilarians at Herbert House.
Blessing of the Heritage Centre
The newly completed building to house the archives of the Mill Hill Missionaries was blessed and opened on 29th June 2009 by the General Superior, Fr Anthony Chantry.
