The Society Representatives (Regionals) from the British, Irish, North American, Dutch, German-Speaking and the African Region including a representative from the Asian countries had a meeting with the General Coouncil between 10th and 12th Feruary 2009 at Maidenhead, United Kingdom.

The two day meeting revolved around the reports from the various Regions and dealt with certain important issues pertaining to the Society. Among the agenda points was the forthcoming Society Chapter 2010 scheduled to take place in Kuching, Malaysia next May.
