The newly acquired property at 54 Cookham Road
The recently acquired property along Cookham Road next to the Colby Gardens complex of houses which make up the headquarters of the Mill Hill Missionaries was blessed immediately after the closing Mass of the Society Assembly on Saturday 28th June. The house is a welcome acquisition and provides the additional space needed to make the headquarters more comfortable and convenient for the residents as well as for visitors.
At 6.45 pm the General Superior, Tony Chantry gathered those present together at the front door to begin the blessing. He moved next to the kitchen and then finally to the dining room. This room is now the main dining area for the residents and visitors to the headquarters at Maidenhead.
